Cygni Solutions is a small, senior product studio. There's no account layer between you and the people writing the code: the engineer in your kickoff call is the engineer in your repository. We work in weekly releases against a metric agreed up front, cap how many projects run at once, and hand everything over documented and fully owned by you.

Cygni exists because we were tired of studios that sold senior talent and delivered juniors, and of beautiful sites that never moved a metric. The process below is the correction.

Thirty minutes. We map the problem, the constraint and the metric. You get a written scope, timeline and fixed quote within 48 hours, yours to keep either way.

Shared Slack, a live staging link from day one, and a demo every week. Nothing is a surprise at the end because nothing was hidden in the middle.

How we staff a project.
Every project runs with a principal engineer as your single point of contact, from the first call to handover. A designer joins for the early weeks, and specialists come in for the parts that need them: 3D and WebGL, data modelling, LLM evaluation. We cap how many projects run concurrently, because the alternative is a senior name on the proposal and a junior on the keyboard, and that's the specific thing we built this studio to avoid.

Who we're not right for.
We're the wrong studio if what you need is a cheap template site. A good template and a freelancer will serve you better. We're wrong if you want to hire by the hour without a defined scope, if the work has to start tomorrow, or if the decision-maker can't join a 30-minute review each week. We'd rather say that on the first call than three weeks in.
