Services

Websites, SaaS products, AI automations and pipeline, built to ship, built to scale.

Cygni offers four services, and one senior team delivers all of them. AI automation typically goes live in three to five weeks, outbound in three to four, websites in four to six, and SaaS products in eight to twelve. Every engagement is fixed-scope, with a written quote agreed before any work begins.

Engagement models

How do engagements work?

Three ways to work with us. Most clients start with a fixed-scope project and move to a retainer once there's something live worth improving.

01

Fixed-scope project

A defined outcome, a fixed price and a delivery date, agreed before work starts. Best when you know what you need built and want cost certainty.

02

Growth retainer

A dedicated pod shipping experiments, features and automations every sprint, billed monthly. Best after launch, when the question shifts from “does it exist” to “does it convert”.

03

Embedded team

Senior engineers who plug into your team, your rituals and your codebase, following your conventions and review process. Best when you have the roadmap but not the hands.

Compare

Which engagement fits?

Timelines are end to end, from kickoff to production. Every service is quoted fixed-price against a written scope before anyone starts.

What drives a quote

Six things that move the number.

We don't publish prices, because a figure without a scope is meaningless. These are what a quote actually turns on. Bring them to the first call and the number will be closer to final.

Scope, not hours

We price the outcome, so the number moves with how many screens, workflows or integrations that outcome needs, not with how long it takes us. You are never billed for our learning curve.

Integrations

Each external system (CRM, billing, data warehouse, a legacy API with no documentation) adds build and testing time. This is the most common reason a quote lands above a first estimate.

Content and data readiness

A site with copy and assets ready moves faster than one waiting on them. A migration from clean data is a different project from one that starts with a cleanup.

Compliance and security

SSO, audit logging, data residency and SOC 2 readiness are real engineering, not a checkbox. If you need them, say so on the first call and we'll price them in rather than discover them later.

Bespoke 3D and motion

Custom WebGL work of the kind in our concept builds is priced separately, because it is genuinely more expensive than a conventional build and not every site needs it.

Deadline

A compressed timeline means more people in parallel, which costs more and carries more coordination risk. We'll tell you when a date is unrealistic rather than quote for it and hope.

Scoping & quotes

How we price, in plain terms.

Because a number without a scope is meaningless. Published figures are usually the smallest engagement an agency will accept rather than what your project costs, and anchoring on one helps nobody. We'd rather spend 30 minutes understanding what you need and give you a real figure you can hold us to.

Fixed against the scope in the document. If you change the scope we price the change and you approve it before we build it, so nothing reaches an invoice you haven't seen first. Small trades within an agreed scope are usually just swapped in, and we'll say which category something falls into when it comes up.

Everything listed on the service page: strategy, design, build, integrations, testing, documentation and launch, plus 30 days of post-launch support. Third-party costs you'd pay anyway (hosting, CMS seats, model API usage, domains, data credits) sit in your own accounts and aren't marked up by us.

Yes. Fixed-scope suits a defined build; a monthly retainer suits ongoing work once something is live and the question shifts to improving it. Retainers are priced against an agreed sprint capacity, with a one-month minimum and 30 days' notice.

No. We price the work, deliver it and hand it over, which keeps the incentives simple and the engagement short enough to be worth your money. If a project only works with us taking a stake in the outcome, we're probably not the right partner for it.
