SaaS Development

SaaS development built so version two isn't a rewrite

We build production-grade SaaS products for founders and product teams: multi-tenant auth and roles, Stripe subscription billing, real-time dashboards and APIs, CI/CD, observability and automated tests. Engagements typically reach launch in eight to twelve weeks, running in two-week sprints with demos and staging deploys you can click through.

What's included in a Cygni SaaS product build?

Full-stack product engineering for founders and product teams. We design the architecture, ship a production-grade MVP and harden the platform for growth. It's multi-tenant from the first commit, so scale doesn't mean starting over.

3FAQ

SaaS Development, answered.

Multi-tenant authentication with roles and SSO, Stripe subscription billing, the core product workflow, an admin surface, real-time dashboards or APIs where needed, automated tests, CI/CD and error monitoring. It's deployable and chargeable on day one. An MVP that can't take money isn't one.

Yes. We start with a paid audit: architecture, test coverage, dependency and security review, and an honest assessment of what's worth keeping. You get that document whatever you decide next. Migrating a live system incrementally is almost always cheaper than rewriting it, and that's usually what we recommend.

You do, directly. Vercel or AWS, Postgres, Stripe, email and monitoring are provisioned in your own accounts from day one, so you see the real invoice and we never resell or mark up infrastructure. The architecture is chosen to keep that bill flat as usage grows, and we size it with you before anything is provisioned.

Yes, as a tool, under the same rules as any junior contribution: a named senior engineer owns each area, types and tests have to pass, and nothing merges without human review. We'd rather say so plainly. What you're buying is reviewed code with architectural decisions someone can defend on a call, not whatever a model produced first.

The architecture is multi-tenant and observable from the first commit, so scaling is a tuning exercise rather than a rebuild. At handover you get a scaling roadmap naming the parts that will bend first and what to do about each. Most teams continue on a retainer through that stretch.
