Home health therapy staffing website redesign
This is a redesign concept we built for a company that matches home health agencies with independent physical, occupational and speech therapists. It has separate paths for agencies and clinicians, a coverage map, and two 3D scenes that show how a referral is received, matched, scheduled and documented. It is a concept, not a launched client site.
The brief
A therapy coordination business has two audiences, the agencies that send referrals and the clinicians who take them, and neither is a patient. The site has to speak to both without being mistaken for a clinic.
What we built
Separate pages for agencies and clinicians, a coverage page with a county map, an inquiry form, and two 3D scenes that explain the service: a hero where agencies, clinicians, the patient and the records gather on a ring and connect as you scroll, and a 'how it works' file that separates into referral, match, schedule and documentation.

How it was made.
Two audiences, two front doors
An agency coordinator wants to know how fast a referral gets staffed and where the company covers. A clinician wants to know how cases reach them and what the work involves. Putting both on one page makes each read past the other, so each audience has its own page and the home page's job is to send people to the right one.
A diagram you scroll through
What the business does is coordination, which is hard to photograph. The hero draws it instead: agencies, clinicians, a patient and the records start scattered, gather onto a ring, and are joined one at a time as you scroll, with a step label landing on each connection. The labels are real HTML positioned from the scene, so the sequence still reads as text.
Only claims the business already makes
A redesign is not a licence to invent. The copy keeps to what the company's existing site says about its services and coverage, with no new statistics or turnaround promises added to fill a layout.

- Ember & Ash, wood-fire restaurantA restaurant website with no photography at all: a GPU ember field, a tabbed menu and a table-booking flow, every visual drawn in code.
- Torque & Co., independent garageA garage website built around trust: an exploded brake assembly you scroll apart, up-front pricing and a plain-English symptom checker.
- Morrow Coffee, specialty caféA café website with a 3D cup, a drink builder that re-pours your order as you choose it, and a tap-to-stamp loyalty card.
- Cleaning company website with online bookingA cleaning company website where a 3D kit unpacks into its tools as you scroll, and a booking form prices the visit before anyone picks up the phone.
